Run Amok Solstice Currant

Inspired by the day breaking on a Summer Solstice, Solstice Currant is a dry mead, made on the solstice, by fermenting Red Currants in Wildflower honey.  It glows a light shade of sunrise pink, with a slight tartness, at 12% ABV.
