This Druif features the Muscaris grape variety, a cross between Solaris and Muskateller. The grape must is mixed with fifteen-months old lambik in a small oak foeder. The lambikken that is used for blending, was a three-year old lambik. The final fruit intensity is 469 grams of Muscaris grapes per liter of Druif. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.
