An aged version of this smoked Doppelbock. The malt is kilned with oak wood, with the resulting Oak beer having a smooth and more multi-layered smoky note, the complex smokiness in Schlenkerla Oak Smoke is paired with the multifaceted bitterness of finest Hallertau aroma hops.
