Easy-drinking pale lager carefully hopped with Motueka. The grist features local Pilsner Malt from Maine Malt House, and a large percentage of torrefied (puffed) Jasmine rice. Very pleasing rice character along with bright lemon/lime notes from the use of Motueka in the kettle.
