Brewed with a variety of English malts, and hopped with Centennial, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We targeted a West Coast-leaning Pale Ale here - rich in citric fruit and pine, with malt-driven dried fruit and biscuit on the palate, and a quenching bitterness to finish.
